In my first part I told you about electronics and software for my own Colibri T20 based media server. Now I will write about building a box for it. I decided to make a box out of a piece of white plexi glass and two 3d printed masks. I curved the plexi glass with hot wire, to form a top lid, and cutted a bottom panel.

Then I made a 3d model of my final product in Sketchup, so I could simply export front and rear masks to STL for 3d printing. The rear plate has holes for connectors and air outtake, while the front one contains 2 USB ports, power switch, reset button and status LEDs. The panels were printed in black color with Ultimaker 2.
